I have numerous qualifications in coaching, social work and psychotherapy, and extensive additional professional training.

As a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, I have many years' experience of teaching students and practitioners.
Therapy and Social Work
I have worked for nearly 40 years as a coach, psychotherapist and social worker in a wide range of professional settings.
Writing and Publications
I have written a number of best-selling text books as well as book chapters, articles and online resources.
Board and Trustee Experience
I have served as a Trustee and Board Advisor for several national and international charities, as well as being Chair of Trustees for several years.
Supervision and Research
I am a qualified supervisor of psychotherapy and social work, and an experienced Master's and Doctoral research supervisor.
